What material is used for Caroline de Benoist jewelry?
All Caroline de Benoist jewelry is made of brass, gilded with 24-carat gold, enameled and set by hand.
How can I keep my Caroline de Benoist jewelry as long as possible?
To preserve your jewels for as long as possible, store them separately in a fabric pouch (like the one you receive with each piece of Caroline de Benoist jewelry).
Gilded brass jewelry can oxidize over time if exposed to light.
Avoid contact with water and humidity.
Perfume, alcohol, hydro-alcoholic gel, salt water, lemon, chlorine and other chemicals are also harmful to your jewelry.
Make sure you apply perfume and make-up beforehand, and remove your gold-plated brass rings before washing your hands or using hydro-alcoholic gel.
We also recommend storing your Caroline de Benoist jewelry in its individual fabric pouch before going to bed or exercising.

How do I care for my textile article?
Caroline de Benoist tablecloths, napkins and placemats are made using the traditional Indian block print technique. To preserve the brilliance of their colors over time, do not exceed a 30° machine wash (program: hand wash or delicate laundry) and do not use a tumble dryer.

How long is my jewelry guaranteed?
Caroline de Benoist jewelery is guaranteed for one year provided that it has been treated with respect and according to the recommendations indicated in the care guide.
After this period, no after-sales service request can be processed.
How long can I exchange my textile item?
A textile item can be returned within 15 days for an exchange or refund. The label of the latter must not have been removed.
What is the refund policy?
If the conditions for returning the item are correct (the item has not been worn, modified, worn, washed, damaged and is returned in its original packaging with its label) you can request a refund which will then do so in the form of a credit note valid for one year on the carolinedebenoist.com site.
Any return that does not meet these conditions cannot be exchanged or credited and will be re-shipped to you.
Can I exchange or refund an item purchased online at a physical Caroline de Benoist point of sale?
No, if an item was purchased on the website and you wish to exchange it or obtain a refund, you must go through the contact form here.
If the item was purchased at a physical point of sale (e.g. Bon Marché Rive Gauche), it must be exchanged or refunded at the same point of sale and according to the refund conditions applied to the latter.
What is the repayment period?
After receipt and validation of the returned items, the refund is made within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email at that time.
Note that during periods of private sales, sales or the day after a collection is put online, this period may be extended up to 10 working days.
Once the transfer has been made, the time it takes to reach your account varies depending on the banking establishment.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
We do not do standard exchange.
Returned items will be refunded within 7 working days of receipt of the package.
For a new size, another model or another color, simply re-order on the site.

Returns are made exclusively on the site.

All returns that are late, without labels or with items sent in poor condition are likely to be refused.
Orders with charges to be paid upon receipt of the package will be systematically refused.

We pay the utmost attention to the quality of our products.
Note that our items are handcrafted in India and that some irregularities may be present, which are an integral part of the beauty of traditional Indian work.

Can I keep my gift items if I make a return?
If you are returning your entire order, we also invite you to enclose the gift items.

When will my order be shipped?
For any order placed from Monday to Thursday with Colissimo, the order will be dispatched within 48 working hours.
For any order placed from Friday to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped by the following Tuesday.
Please note that during public holidays, private sales, sales or collection launches, this period may be extended. Added to this is the delivery time of your package.
How soon will my order be delivered?
Orders placed on our website are generally delivered to you within 4 to 8 working days in France and Europe, at your home or at a relay point.
If you opt for an express delivery method, your package will be at your place within 24/48 working hours.

It is not possible to have it delivered to a Caroline de Benoist store at the moment.
