7. Personal Data.

In France, personal data are protected, in particular, by the law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, the law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Criminal Code and the European directive of October 24, 1995.

In connection with the use of the site, the following data may be collected: the URL address of the links through which the user has accessed the site, the name of the internet access provider and the IP address of the user.

In any event, Caroline de Benoist will collect personal information relating to the user only for the purposes of the services provided on the site. The user provides such information with full knowledge of such fact, in particular, when he or she types such information. The obligation to provide or not the relevant information will be specified, where applicable, to the use of the site.

Pursuant to the terms of articles 38 and following of the law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, data files and civil liberties, any user has the right to access its own data, to ask that such data be rectified or to object to the collection of such data, by a signed and written request, provided together with an identify document showing the signature of the user, and which contains the user’s address to which the response must be sent.

No personal information of the site will be published, exchanged, transferred, or sold on any medium to any third party without the consent of the user. The transfer of such information may only occur in the event of the acquisition of Caroline de Benoist and her rights in which case the new owner would then be subject to the same obligation to store and modify such data vis-a-vis the user of the site.

The site contains a number of hyperlinks to other websites, put in place with the authorization of Caroline de Benoist. However, Caroline de Benoist is not able to verify the content of such websites and will not accept any responsibility in respect of the same.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the site will be subject to French law. Competent courts of Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction.
